Creating a Safe World for Children

Programs and Services

The programs and services of CPTCSA are based in research and experience. We base our advocacy and prevention programs on the 4 preconditions to child sexual abuse (Finkelhor). We base our treatment on the traumagenic dynamics assessment (Finkelhor and Browne), the Caring-Healing-Teaching Framework (Ponce), and the social work case management model.

Our Prevention Programs:

  • Personal Safety Lessons as mandated by DepEd in 2009
  • Family and Community Advocacy Sessions
  • Preschool Personal Safety Lessons
  • Materials for children and families

Our Treatment Programs:

  • Individual, group and family counseling for victims and survivors
  • Individual, group and family counseling for young sexual offenders
  • The Kids and Teen Court preparation program
